Marlins@School

Since 2003, the Florida Marlins have been hitting home runs with educators and students, thanks to Paton Publishing, through the Marlins@School program. The program highlights five Marlins players, using them in baseball-themed, classroom-ready activities that are linked to the curriculum. Students across Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties are having fun in the classroom as they learn about language arts, math, science and physical education in a relevant and meaningful way.

"The program was highly motivational and an inspirational part of our curriculum. Timing was perfect and winning was the best thing that happened to us all year! The experience was a true highlight for every fourth grader in my class and a lasting memory. All of my students are now avid Marlins fans!"
-Lisa Smith, Grade 4 educator, Florida
