| Paton Publishing – Jays@School Survey RULES AND REGULATIONS This Contest is being conducted by Jays@School (the "Sponsor"). The Contest begins Feb 11, 2010 at 9:00 am Eastern Time (ET) and closes Feb 18 2010,5:00 p.m. ET.(“Contest Period.”) 1. TO ENTER. No Purchase Necessary. To enter please fill out the survey provided. All entries must be received by Feb 18, 2010. Limit one entry per person. An entrant under the age of 13 must have the consent of his/her parent or legal guardian to provide their personal information in order to enter the Contest. If a parent or legal guardian does not provide consent, the entry will be disqualified. All information obtained for this Contest will be used only for the purposes of conducting the Contest. 2. GRAND PRIZE: One(1) prize will be awarded consisting of one (1) Autographed Vernon Wells baseball ELIGIBILITY: The contest is open to individual legal residents of Canada who are located in Canada at the time of entry. 4. Not with standing the above, the Contest is not open to employees, representatives or agents of the Sponsor, Canada Post Corporation, or any of their advertising and promotional organizations associated with this Contest. 5. DRAW: The draw will take place at 9am on Feb 19, 2009, at the offices of the Sponsor located at 2802 Lakeshore Boulevard West, Toronto, Ontario. One potential winner will be selected from the total number of entries received. Chances of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Potential winner will be notified by telephone, by Feb 19, 2010. Potential winner will be required to answer a time-limited, skill testing question before being declared a winner. Prior to receiving the prize, the potential winner's parent or legal guardian will be required to complete and return an Liability/Release form ("Release") within seven (7) days of the date of notification or the prize will be forfeited and another entrant will be selected. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if the potential winner is found to be ineligible pursuant to these rules, that potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate entry will be selected. 6. By entering the Contest, entrants consent to the Contest Sponsors' use of their first name, age and city of residence for the purposes of being declared a winner without further compensation.
